As a summer intern, I built the study model for this marina renovation. The theory behind the project involved subtractive methods of revitalization. The roof was in need of repair, so several roof design iterations were modeled for visual clarity- removed, half roof, full roof.
The project was a recipient of the 2017 AIA Award in restoration.
